Thanks to them, we know now that all the remarkable masters of various sport events have similar characteristics of fingerprint patterns.

Sport Skills - what is your best sport strengths?

The key peculiarity of this diagram is a clear division of sport skills into four groups: team skills (team qualities in game, speed, and power aspects); distance skills (personal qualities in speed aspect); strength skills (personal qualities in strength aspect); game skills (personal qualities in game aspect).

The higher the value is, the stronger the abilities are expressed. In addition to the diagram, there is a description of physical characteristics, suggestions for the training process, and preferable sports.

A value between 0 and 20 shows weak skills in the given sport; between 20 and 50 indicates average skills, and between 50 and 80 shows an above average rating. If the value is above 80 percent, then your skills with regard to the given sport are outstanding.

Team skills are a mixture of distance, strength and game skills, requiring maximum self-fulfillment of a sportsman.

Distance sports, first of all, require speed skills.

For power or strength sports, the more typical qualities are strength, coordination and endurance.

For game sports, coordination and game thinking  are typical.

Team Sports describe your skills of working in the team. For example, Forward likes to lead people and to act quickly; Playmaker prefers to be in the center of the team and coordinate players; Defender acts fundamentally; the goalkeeper prefers to play alone.

Forward (football, volleyball, ice hockey, basketball) - the ability to quickly run away, draw away, as well as high response rate, high starting speed, outstanding skills for any speed sports. The negative features are lack of endurance and low coordination.

Playmaker (it is best expressed in volleyball and football) - ability to unite different players of a team; such a person combines speed, coordination, and endurance. Along with sports, such physical qualities are applied in common life - such people like very much to interact with other people and build relationships as well as to be useful for other people.

For a playmaker, it is very important to play the role of a leader, the core of a team, a person who can take decisions and quickly respond to circumstances.

Defender (best expressed in football and ice hockey) - coordination and defense, endurance and ability to withstand loads for a long time. Typical features of a playmaker are, first of all, the love of creation and organization of team actions.

Goalkeeper (football and ice hockey) - individualism, good coordination. It is hard for such a person to play in a team; therefore, he is best when given as much freedom of action as possible. He has a good coordination, too, - able to orient himself.

Distance sports show distinction between sprinters and stayers. Sprinter indicates a high speed-strength, when in a short period of time necessary to realize the maximum physical strength. Stayer has high endurance and coordination.

Typical features of a sprinter are the highest response rate, high speed and power potential, ability to use all power and energy in a short period.

Short distances of 100, 200, or 400 meters in race and 25, 50, and 100 meters in swimming are suitable for him.

The long-distance runner's typical features are the ability to withstand load for a long time, gently spending power and energy. Middle and long distances of 1000 meters and more in race and 200, 400, and 1500 meters in swimming are suitable for him.

The key difference between a sprinter and a long-distance runner is the development of muscles: typically, a sprinter has short muscles developed better where a long-distance runner - the long ones. Long muscles are engaged in a large scope of work; the wide ones do powerful movements in the body area; and the short ones have a small span of motion.

Strength sports require speed and physical strength at the same time. High level in this section supposes that you can be good at sports and bear tension over extended periods of time.

For power or strength sports, the more typical qualities are strength, coordination and endurance. For example, best strength qualities are required in kettlebell sport; and as the sport is cyclical - it requires endurance.

Wrestling and boxing require strengthening of all qualities. However, low values of these sports combined with high sprinter values indicate high speed and good skills in wrestling and boxing, but only during the first few rounds. If a fight lasts longer than 3-4 rounds, the chances of the sprinter-boxer get lower gradually.

Team sports your game thinking that by stealth, agility, coordination and ingenuity, you can beat your opponent.

For game sports, coordination and game thinking are typical. For example, a person with high values for chess likes very much to think and analyze the development of a situation several moves ahead (refer to 'Analyst' of the ' Interests and Needs' diagram).

If we consider tennis, we can observe a combination of game thinking, coordination, and endurance. For dancing sport, these are speed and coordination; still dances can differ, so you need to treat each example individually.

Fencing combines speed, coordination, and thinking. Shooting sport combines speed and coordination.
